Customer service sucks.
Associate with Horrible eyeshadow on started to give me and my daughter dirty looks. She came back later to tell us that we made mess and she told us to move away from Chanel counter to different one. Guess what ? I am in your store only because you carry Chanel. There is nothing else in your store.
She made us so uncomfortable that we left the store without buying. I informed the store manager before leaving. We went straight to Sephora to buy my daughters makeup. These people lost a business worth more than $150+. Also Chanel is a loser for carrying their products in ulta. I bought Dior lipstick instead.
Do not go there because customer service sucks and they do not want you to try sample freely!
