        I have a 2022 Expedition that is shifting rough into reverse. This is the 3rd I have had to address this. I also asked for a oil change. My vehicle sat there for 1 night and 2 fulls days. No oil change, no transmission diagnosis. It never moved from the spot we left it on drop off. I picked it up two days later with nothing completed. They communicated nothing and did not at all seem concerned to leave me without a vehicle for however long they wanted. Absolute worst customer service. Do not take your Ford here.

        Worst Service dealership Ever! Had my very first service scheduled for 9:30am today. Mobile mechanic was supposed to show up at my home at 9:30am. He showed up over an hour late and presented himself as lazy and half-baked if you understand! I received no courtesy call at any time while waiting! Mobile mechanic had no tools to rotate my tires and no scanner to check my vehicles software! Pathetic!! Called to speak with my service writer Liza, who offered no apology and pawned me off to her service manager Keith who actually cared less than Liza!!! Service manager Keith acted like a little Girl on the phone and rudely hung up on me! BEWARE OF THIS TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP for SERVICE!!!
