I've had such a positive experience here! Alma (management) has been an excellent addition to the community. I've worked with other property management teams and they've been horrible but Alma makes sure that all questions/concerns / (sometimes complaints lol) are addressed. Super ( blade) is always on top of any work orders that need to be put in. Highly recommend!

Love it here!! Everyones been fantastic since Day 1. The apartment is gorgeous and quiet. Ive lived in a few of the higher end buildings in the area and to me Clarus is the most luxurious from the kitchen design to the closet space. Blade is very friendly and pays great attention to us when we need him, which is not often. Alma is very helpful, caring, and welcoming. First time that I met a manager who is not arrogant like the majority of buildings. They dont make you feel intimidated to ask questions. Looking forward to renew our lease :))

My boyfriend and I have been living here for a while and we couldnt be any happier with the building. Not only are the amenities and building are nice but Alma the leasing manager is very kind and always there for us whenever we have any questions or concerns. Couldnt be happier anywhere else!

Clarus has been wonderful. Most importantly, the location is perfect! Quiet throughout the day but so close to Bloomfield Ave. The train is also walking distance. Clean/relaxed building, courteous staff, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. What more to ask for? Alma and Blade are always extremely helpful and sweet. Thanks for all you do!
