        My first two children were born while I was condo board president at the Hoboken Grande. I inherited the position; all the other board members resigned after an exhausting year-long lawsuit with the developer that resulted in a settlement earmarked to replace the roof. I made many good friends at the Hoboken Grande and am still in contact with them even after moving out of the building. I am happy to hear that Esteban is still the concierge and is doing well after the COVID-19 pandemic.
