Step by Step Child Care

If I could leave a negative star. They hire me to teach martial arts for summer 2023. Sent in invoice for payment and to this day no respond and no pay. Tried to email the director and crickets. STILL WAITING.

My son has been attending SBS since age 15 months. He now does aftercare at age 3.5. My daughter started at 12 months. I was very worried sending my babies to day care, but now I would never send them anywhere else! SBS is our extended family. I love all the teachers and staff- Ms Melki, Ms Stephanie, Ms Eliza, Ms Maribel, Ms Roshanda, Mr Gino, Mr Angel!!! My daughter takes her bag and waves goodbye to me every day. Very happy with our choice here.

Excellent staff, theyre always reliable. Ms.Stephanie is always super attentive and readily available to answer all of my questions. I recommend this place to all my mommy friends!

I was extremely apprehensive before sending my daughter here at 6 1/2 months and I was right. We took her out after 3 days The children to teacher ratio is horrendous. We received pictures where she was on her side just laying there with teachers not paying attention. Just look at njchildcaresafetyportal

I was very apprehensive with allowing my child to attend daycare. I visited several facilities and none of them checked the box like Step by Step childcare. Upon my initial visit, I was super impressed as the facility was immaculate and there was a cleaning staff organizing, cleaning the classroom, and toys. I signed up for this daycare immediately and have been pleasantly pleased for the past 2.5 years. My daughter and I love the teachers at Step by Step. The staff has become an extension of our family. The teachers sincerely care for and love each and everyone of the students. In addition, the curriculum is amazing. My daughter has been exposed to not only the basics, reading, learning alphabets/numbers but also current events, history, and other enrichments. Some of the enrichments include learning chess, yoga, drama, swim etc. Step by Step daycare has provided a safe, balanced environment for my child to learn and thrive.
