My fianc doesn't believe in buying me flowers because they don't last long. For the first time in 9 years, he orders me flowers from this place to surprise me for Valentines day and some of the flowers were broken off the stem or already dying. It's true it is a waste of money to buy flowers. Never again, especially from this place.

Delivered rotten strawberries and incomplete flower order to my wife (without vase, which I was charged extra for). Attempted to contact the store several times, no response to my messages. Lost my business forever, not that your company seems to care about customer satisfaction or retention.

I can't believe such a large company would allow for such scam-like service. I placed a delivery order weeks ahead for Christmas eve, they sent me an email saying it was delivered. It wasn't. The location that delivered didn't answer the phone or return my messages for 5 days. Then they hung up on me. Their corporate call center didn't answer the phone or call back for 5 days either. Don't order from this location and if you ever get edible arrangements from any location do it in person, never get deliveryit has been a nightmare!

If I can give them something worst than a 1 star I would. This place is the worst!! They are ridiculously expensive for nothing!! They take your money and not deliver your order in a timely matter and they dont even reach out to you to inform you that your delivery date and time has changed. My daughter ordered an arrangement for me to surprise me for my birthday and I still havent received it. Its heartbreaking how excited she was to buy me such a thoughtful and expensive gift. They made this experience for very unpleasant!! I have been calling nonstop and no one picks up the phone! Do not order from the Hoboken location!!!

Good arrangements with beautiful carvings. the packaging is good and stable, best for surprises
