        Ashamed to have paid 90+ dollars for 12 roses and 2 pieces of greenery, when I asked her to put more flowers to make the bouquet not look empty she said she wasnt selling those flowers. A joke compared to NY for 80$ you get a hug assortments shrubbery and greenery included

        I love this place. Ive been to all the florist shop in Hoboken and this is by far the best one. Owner is kind and always creates beautiful flowers for my home.

        Beautiful bouquets by the doorsteps leading up into the store, and clearly marked prices and plant names on every pot. I think this is the most tasteful plant shop in terms of decor and pot offering. If I wasnt paying attention I mightve assumed this was a plant shop in Manhattan SoHo. I bought two house plants here and the owner added fertilizers and gently watered them. It was all super thoughtful, and he provided detailed instructions and answered all my questions. I like that this is more quaint than some plant shops in Jersey City or NYC since when I visited there were no other patrons.

        My wife just walked into the store to order 2 plants we wanted to use for our wedding. She wasn't greeted, the man was busy cleaning a table. He said they didn't do weddings, even though we just wanted 2 plants that happened to be for our wedding. Was very rude and dismissive and ultimately could not help us buy 2 plants. Cut her off after she said wedding to explain they don't do those and was not interested to hear anything else. Said they don't have white flowers, yet there were white flowers present in the store. Unfriendly service. Maybe he was having a bad day.

      Thanks for taking some time to review. However, your review deviates from the facts and we strongly disagree with what was stated. 1) Not all roses are equally priced and you chose the unique and exotic roses, which were Moab, Secret Garden & Trendsetter garden spray rose. Prices were provided to you when you were choosing the stems and it was specifically communicated that those were high priced stems. 2) The numbers of stems you specified in this review are not correct. 4) The filler that you wanted didn't meet our standard and we recommended not to include them as they were not expected to last long. Leaving a review is at your discretion but please do not state anything other than the facts.

      Hi,My name is Dominic and I'm the owner of the business.I first apologize if I somehow made your wife feel uncomfortable even though I don't feel that I did in any way. I clearly said hi to your wife when she walked in, and I was simply cleaning the table because the table was covered with soil from handling my customer's plant right before she walked in.Mr. Damiani, you mentioned that I was very rude and dismissive. I was actually 100 PERCENT polite and honest to her. I never stopped her while she was explaining what she was looking for either. You are more than welcome to visit our shop to see what we have in stock, but we didn’t have any plants that resemble what she showed us on her phone.I kindly told her that the white cherry blossom photo she showed us will only be available during Spring as well.Unfriendly service? I even said I’m sorry to your wife when she was leaving the shop.I’m all about selling my products to keep the shop going. Why would I say no to my customers if they are looking for something and that product is available in the shop?Leaving negative reviews is your decision but a review like yours makes my day go bad. Just because we didn’t have what she was looking for and just because I said no to her questions should not be your only reason to leave a negative review.
