Wells brothers response for emergencies, does a very thorough job and the prices are fair. I highly recommend Wells Brothers. In fact I recommend them so much. I actually trusted the contractor to be in my home alone to replace the water heater.

Call them out for not a large job but a job nonetheless. Had a brief conversation with Matt who assured me it was a pretty basic job to replace a faucet and utility sink in our laundry room. The communication was spacey in that most contractors or professionals will let you know give me until end of day 24-48 hours to receive a quote. Been over a week now no follow up whatsoever. Will move on with someone that can at minimum tell me yes I want the work vs. saying & doing nothing for me to come to the conclusion he didnt want to bother taking the job. Been working with clients my whole life in a service related industry. Just strange to not call back or at least politely tell me yeah I came out but after seeing the job dont want to do it. If you a not an existing customer steer clear.
