Such a wonderful building and place to live! Nick in the leasing department is awesome - so helpful, kind and quick to address any concerns. Have really enjoyed living here so far!!

The staff at Alister in Montclair has been wonderful to work with from the first walk through to finalization of move in. Our apartment and parking has been quiet, safe, clean, and comfortable. I am happy to have had the opportunity to work with Nick in the leasing office. He has been considerate of our needs and very attentive to detail.

The leasing office agent (Nick C.) was welcoming, efficient, and exceptionally considerate of our needs. His clear and consistent communication throughout the leasing process made the leasing and move-in process simple and smooth. During the tour he walked with us through the building to show us the amenities, garage, and train access. Despite my many questions he was transparent, patient, and thorough; no questions were left unanswered. He has been magnificent to work with and we appreciated the extra effort. In addition to the wonderful leasing staff, Alister Montclair offers an abundance of amenities which makes life a bit more convenient and helps to reduce commute times (e.g. a gym with all that you need, a private/gated parking garage, pool, business center/cafe with free wi-fi, and train access to NY directly behind the building). Within each apartment you may find a private balcony, washer/dryer, valet garbage pickup, parcel delivery service, and adequate security measures to ensure your safety. The proximity to restaurants and activities in Montclair is very convenient, many shops are within walking distance (

I'm so happy to call Alister Montclair my new home. Love, love, love my stylish apartment and amenities! The dog park is a plus. My commute to NYC is a breeze now and I can walk to all the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Nick, the maintenance, and management team have been so helpful and friendly. I'm so glad to be here!
