Its never good when its 80 degrees outside, then you walk into a restaurant and it feels warmer. Service was good. Food was very mixed bag. Cacio pepe gyoza were good, clams and focaccia also good if a bit sweet. Ramen course was basically just pasta. The tomato sauce on the meatball ramen was heavily spiced with dried herbs and tasted like prego. Scampi ramen was better but heavy. The pork chop was overcooked and dry. They sent it with a very heavy butter sauce, which Im pretty sure was the same sauce as was on the clams and the scampi. Sent it back. They comped the pork and tossed us a free dessert. Cant complain about the service and management. However the food was subpar, place is overhyped and it underdelivered.

A memorable dining experience with great food and service. Every single thing we ordered was amazing. The flavors in all the dishes were so unique and delicious. The staff was also incredible. Cant wait to go back!

Had a moms-night-out last night at PastaRamen and we had an amazing experience!! The ambiance is really cool, beautiful atmosphere, and the vibe makes you excited to try every single dish! We started off with appetizers: cucumber insalata and wafu caesar insalata, both very fresh with an interesting fusion of flavors, really good! Calamari Fritti, one of the best calamari ive had, tender, and flavorful. Chicken Katsu bao, very soft bun and well seasoned katsu. Cacio e pepe gyoza, very satisfying, makes you crave for more. Clams and Foccacia, my favorite! Super rich and tasty! Then we had the NY strip, juicy and seasoned perfectly. Mochi ramen carbonara, very good with a twist of flavor and of course my favorite which im sure i will be back for more: Shrimp Scampi Ramen! For desserts we had mochi ice cream and zeppoli, they are to die for! All the servers are warm and nice and very knowledgeable of explaining all the dishes. The manager, Mr. Megally is beyond exceptional, very accommodating and made sure we had the best experience! Wish we couldve met the chef Robbie Felice too! We will be back for more, definitely!
