        Walked off the job when we refused to have tiles tested for asbestos. Also they wanted to bill the insurance company for services we didnt request. BEWARE!!! Asked to speak to owner never got any calls back. PREDATORS

        Had an overall great experience with ServPro (Montclair/West Orange). Travis was awesome in his initial review. Josh and Will came out for drop off and pick up of the equipment. Was very satisfied with Josh and his patience in explaining the process. Treated the accident as if it was his own home. Thank you guys!

From Travis and Michelle to the guys who entered my home with the utmost professionalism, they were timely, efficient and respectful throughout the demolition of the project up to returning my furniture the way they took it out!!! BIG BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOSH, WILL AND CHRIS FOR THE IMPECCABLE SERVICE!! I'D RECOMMEND AND USE SERVPRO AGAIN AS LONG AS I GET THE SAME TEAM THAT INCLUDES TRAVIS AND MICHELLE!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS GUYS!!
