Massage Envy - Piscataway

Worst policies ever. I definitely do not recommend. I had an emergency and they charged me. I also canceled a previous appointment that was apparently never canceled. Although they are professional, they are unreliable in the event of an emergency or simply to cancel. They wont allow you to cancel your membership early either. I do NOT recommend.

Im very happy with Adjoa Shes really good person shes has a beautiful harts I feel very relax her hands is amazing perfect pressure shes is doing great and very clean place and also 2 guys outside hes also great man Thankyou so much give me wonderful service

Beware Beware Beware please ppl believe the reviews they tell you the truth about these companies!!!!!!! My complaint is about the office staff front desk staff lets me make that clear :::: Date of service 1/28/2024 my therapist was told by the office that what I had available. I would like to add to this review make sure you get what you pay for have cash when leaving a tip they will charge your card without your permission. Im going back and forth with the manager Carlos hes playing dumb as if doesnt see the $85.00 he charged my credit card I will never refer anyone to come to this location in Piscataway I will never go back here ever again. I see why the turn over is different every couple months new staff. I showed him all the proof where he charged my card he still saying he didnt my bank doesnt lie. I clearly showed him the $85.00 transactions I will never ever go to this place again they are rip offs lets not forget I pay $91.00 for a monthly contract with this place I was told I had one extra setting to do facial so I did and then you charge my card behind my back .. they never told me when I was done there would be a charge.I tip the woman off my card and they charged an entire session. I pay monthly so I shouldve never been charged ever. To Carlos if your team is not qualified on telling a customer accurate information then blame them not the customer you have no write charging ppl cards without permission. He never gave me a receipt of this transaction or anything I saw the charge on my bank account and I called as soon as I saw it.. Carlos I added the charge you claim wasnt charged !!!! I cant wait until my contract is up in May. It was a few other problems with this team I should have none from that situation. That this facility is incompetent. I will continue to let the people know what happens at this place ..
