If you dont wanna pay multiple bills many times about the same visit dont go with this miserable doctor which one you have to go to several times to get a diagnosis

I havent had anything but aggregation and problems with this office. You cant contact them because they dont answer their phone. They tell you the calls are going to A call center. Then if the call center picks up they switch you to the office who again does not pick if you like your health find another doctor. I dont know if its him or his help but something must be done

Good Dr. Horrible office management. No one ever picks up the phone at the front desk. Been trying to call to speak to someone for over 2 weeks. You get the main Optum line, then get transferred over and although there are about 3/4 receptionists at the desk, no one picks up the phone. it seems you have to go over the the office in person to actually speak to come one. Very inconvenient, especially when there are elderly patients having to come into the office in person just to get to speak to someone' Dr, Gashi will be losing a lot of patients, including myself and family soon.
