I have been shopping at this location for a very long time . Today I had a horrible experience and I do not like the way I was treated . Jennifer B is the associate that checked me out and was extremely unprofessional.
Today I went in there with my three-year-old. I wanted to purchase with everything I had the avocado stuffed animal from matrix. They said it wasn't for sale , I told my daughter, she placed it down somewhere, not in its original place. I took all my items to the car with their shopping cart and when I came back to return the cart they're all looking at me like I stole the avocado, wanting to know where this little stuffed animal went. Jennifer B went out of her way to ask and ridicule me in front of everyone for a stuffed animal that they probably get for free. I am very upset, your employees should have looked for it instead of looking at me like I took it. Its not like they do not recognize me. I am there all the time .
I have never been humiliated like this is in my life and will not return to this store . Since changes in staff this store has not been the same . They can't even punch in a coupon code because they said I have to do that myself . With the old manager there my shopping experience has always been pleasant .
Just wanted to share my story with everyone so that you know the type of unprofessionals here . I will be shopping at cosmoprof from now on .
