I been stuck in this hell hole because everything is so expensive. This place needs to shut down theres bad reviews even from 10 years ago. We all have roommates aka roaches they dont fix and when pest control comes they squirt whatever in a couple corners then leave. Management changes like a woman changes clothes because theyre all nothing but slumlord after slumlord and when we do get someone with a heart and gets things fixed they get someone else to take their place. These units are overpriced for being a health hazard, the security gates are never locked and always wide open. Laundry rooms are always destroyed and dont work efficiently and over priced 1.25 a load that doesnt even wash or dry your stuff properly. For 3 years straight the pool was closed even though they kept promising it was opening. With the new manager she has a heart of gold not caring about anyones concerns which is the job of an apartment Manager, is to solve problems and help tenants not treat them like trash and try to throw them out so they can make more money off of this place. Oh and they like to delete negative reviews save yourself the stress and money and DO NOT move here!!! SAVE YOURSELF a homeless shelter is probably cleaner then these disgusting units. I hope to see this place has got shut down one day they do not deserve the money of hard working people and have the nerve to tell them they dont care about anyones problems. Seeing the way things have been these last couple months we will probably hopefully see another manager soon who isnt a nasty person. Whoever owns this complex youre a greedy and corrupt person and I hope you lose money and business you clearly dont deserve

ZERO STARS DO NOT STAY HERE. MOVED IN WITH NO WORKING OVEN. THEY SCHEDULED A TIME TO GET IT RUNNING AND DID NOT SHOW. I AM 90lbs AND MOVED THE OVEN MYSEF SINCE THEY FAILED. LOTS OF COCKROACHES (luckily my cat ate most of them). I WAS ACTUALLY LOCKED INSIDE OF MY APARTMENT AT 4 AM. MY DOORKNOB FELL OF AND JAMMED INTO PLACED. I HAD TO ENTER AND EXIT MY WINDOW. EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP AND NO ONE ELSE WOULD. LEAVING ME TO FIX IT MYSELF. I BROKE MY LEASE EARLY DYING TO GET OUT. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I WAS CALLED ABOUT A HUGE FLOOD IN MY APARTMENT AND HOW THEY ARE PROVIDING RESIDENTS LONG TERM HOTEL STAYS. I CANT IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IF I STAYED IN THAT UNIT. NOT TO MENTION MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. IVE NEVER SEEN WORSE. THEY HATE DOING THEIR JOB, GASLIGHT YOU INTO SUBMISSION, AND ARE GENERALLY VERY UNPLEASANT AND DISMISSIVE. THE COST OF A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT IS ROUGHLY THE PRICE I PAY FOR A 2 BEDROOM HOME. JUST RENT A HOUSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.

I highly do not recommend annyone applying to live here at all !! This place will be a inconvenience after inconvenience to you living here with all the problems this property has from its maintenance team doing a half fast job instead of doing the job right to The very rude property manager she will sit there and tell you to your face your problems are not any of her concern and are at the bottom of the list to be handled or taken care of the people who work this place are a complete joke i had recently found out my apartment is infested with roaches and i am far from a dirty person who cant keep my environment clean and when I called the front office to tell them and they basically brushed it off and forgot all about it they did not make a call to the exterminator for a whole week until me and my girlfriend had to personally go down to the front office and watch them try and get ahold of the exterminator they use and once we had said anything about that the lady who claims to be the property manager got really rude and disrespectful towards us and threaten us with court for me being a tenant here that makes sure my rent is payed on time or ahead of time and have never caused any issues or problems here this is highly unacceptable and sad they cant be more professional and act they way they do toward their tenants I had to toss away well over $700 worth of food including appliances that ended up being infested with roaches as well this place is the worst place ever living here has become 100% an inconvenience to my life and how I live they have no Communication skills and the job they do here at this property is very poor from the front office property manager to the maintenance
