Had good service but.... after I had already paid the amount they told me would cover the procedure, they call me 3 weeks later to say I owe them additional money. And threated to send the bill to collections if I didn't pay. Why give a quote, accept payment and tell me we're square, then come back 3 weeks later demanding more money? Not cool, Hella shady! Great service but don't like hidden fees!!!

My temporary came out n made a phone call n they said they'll return my call in 20 minutes, nothing. This was a Friday n still no call n it's Monday

I rearranged my schedule to fit in a dentist appointment today that I made weeks ago. Because I could not answer the phone when the office called me this morning (my job does not allow it), they cancelled the appointment, which is ultimately costing me time and money. I called them back 30 minutes later, but they were not willing to give me back my appointment time. I've had scheduling problems with this office before.
