        The moment they open the wait time is instantly 60 minutes or more. Walked by and noticed no one in the building as it said my wait time was 45 minutes. Something is not right but getting your hair cut at Great Clips would be the first mistake anyways.

        Not a good haircut, she left patches. I paid for the beard trim and my neck got hacked up pretty bad. The cuts on my neck lasted a week

        I went to this Great Clips in May and when I was called, Monica the hair dresser said I should let her do a pixie cut and I said sure, why not? She gave me a pixie cut and I absolutely loved it. I went back in July and I unfortunately the Monica didn't note what type of cut she gave when I was there back in May. I asked her we're not doing the pixie cut again, that's when she said she didn't note what cut she gave last time. Not a big deal because she was able to do the pixie cut.
