        Hands down the best place to have your taxes prepared. Dorothy was my tax advisor and she was exceptional..she took the time to explain things to me, listened to and answered all of my questions with expert advice. She even waited with me while the IRS was accepting my info. I highly recommend Block Advisors! And Dorothy!

        I am a small business owner and thought "Block Advisors" would be a good place to file my taxes and get "advice" on tax matters.( I felt I was good hands) They neither explained or cared to explain any of the process, on the contrary they were extremely nebulous on everything. The office never answered the phone, the manager never called me back after leaving several messages, the agent that was "helping" me was never available and it was impossible to get any type of gauge on what was going on with "MY' money and affairs. I am very disappointed in this office in particular. Do not expect them to care, call you back or explain anything to you. They will take offence to you wanting to be involved. I am left shaken and in disbelief that people/small businesses would trust these people to handle something as sensitive and important as taxes. Its been several days still no call back still no update and they still have my personal paperwork and have made zero attempt to mend anything.... BE VERY CAREFUL who you let work on your taxes, do not let the name brand fool you!!!!!!!!

        Louann has been great. However, I requested a phone call from the District Manager and still have not received one. H & R still has my original documents and they don't seem to be trying too hard to get them returned to me. I understand there are extenuating circumstances however it looks like the client, the customer, has gotten the short end of the stick. A greater discount should have also been given as I have had to wait for my return and had to collect everything over again. My time is short and is of great value to me. I don 't have time to redo work.
