        Administration is TRASH! They don't care about those patients or their employees. To be cared for it's based off only who you know. New staff knows nothing but seems to be taking over. You're better off dropping your loved ones off on Mabry atleast somebody will notice them.

        Della Gross and the staff at the Retirement Ranch (RR) did an amazing job of taking care of my dad, via keeping him clean, feeding him well, managing his physical therapy. They returned my dad to us in a happier state than when he arrived there. They also did a great job of making me and all the members of my family feel very welcome when we were onsite. I would recommend the RR to anyone in the panhandle looking for a great place to have an elderly member of their family cared for.

        Very nice facility, smells really clean. I spoke to two sisters about bringing my mom before she passed. I scheduled a tour with one but the other one gave me the tour. They were very knowledgeable about their facility. They were accommodating and willing to work around my schedule. Retirement Ranch came very highly recommended to me, I can see why. My mom passed before she got admitted but they put me at ease that my mom would be well taken care of.

        This place warms my heart. The kindest, friendliest, most helpful and caring staff, from Della and the gals in the office all the way to the CNA's in the pods. I can't forget the kitchen staff. They are just as awesome and accommodating. There food is absolutely FABULOUS! I couldn't ask for a better place to care for our Pops.

        Absolutely love retirement ranch!! We have never had any problems when we need something for the residents. They truly care and make sure the pts are taken care of. Trisha is always on top of referrals and makes the discharge as easy as possible.
