        Build in 1980, Right now is in bad conditions to buy or rent.

        Me and a friend of mine actually just finished remodeling them we painted we put tile in the kitchen we patched all the holes we put laminate floor in the room on two rooms actually excuse me we put tile on two kitchen floors and we redid the bathroom on one of the apartments
