    I bought a laptop. But from day one, I had issues with laptop. I have had to send it to repair center. I've sent my laptop to repair center in the first year of factory warranty at least 4-5 times, and never fixed correctly. I'm now under the the extended warranty, which I took laptop in person to Conns, and spoke with Manager, which he was really great, and helpful. He is sending laptop back to repair center. I'm hoping it gets fixed correctly this time, and if not maybe just maybe they will replace laptop with a newer model. Let's see what happens. Finger crossed.

    I visited Conns a month ago and left extremely unimpressed with the lack of help from the sales employees and their extreme interest in their phones or friendly banter among themselves. Rude and completly unhelpful. I really liked a couch set there tho, so i called a couple days ago and spoke to a manager there whom promised to help me with my purchase. I have to do things with my special needs kiddos so sometimes things get difficult and i just wanted a little help to be in and out efficiently. Upon arrival i was spoke to with respect and directed to Mark Lopez to finish off my purchase. COMPLETLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. Mark was kind, explanitory and didn't just point and tell me to go find something i like. He he even went quickly due to understanding my special needs kiddos can make things hard! That is HUGE! Super communicative and understanding. I had questions, he had answers! Hopefully he is able to teach the others how to do things appropriatly with customers cuz they need to learn! I was grateful to have him and happy to give him my business now and for future purchases. My couches come tomorrow!!!! THANK U MARK!
