        I am not certain how I am supposed to feel after a reading, but the day after I felt really sick. I felt worse than the day after my car wreck from getting rear-ended. Is that normal? I felt like a mack truck hit me.

        Had my second reading with Tricia after being referred by a friend and she is the truth! It amazes me how I tell her no details about myself or any situations and she is able to pick it up in my energy. After my second session with her I felt so much lighter from a few things she cleared out of my energy. The hour of her time I get during a session never feels like enough even though it is thorough, she just makes me open my mind up and I appreciate that she is genuine and gives me homework. A gifted lady for sure, so if you have been considering a reading she is THE ONE!

      Hi Stacy, I truly hope you are doing well today. I understand that you may be experiencing some discomfort after our energy work session, and I want you to know that your feelings are valid. I would like to take a moment to explain what you are feeling and offer some support.Sometimes, when we work on energy that has been stuck in the etheric body for a long time, it can affect the physical body as well. As the energy is released, it passes through the physical body in order to discharge. It usually takes a couple of days for the information to fully process, and since it has only been 24 hours since our session, it's possible that you may still be releasing energy. This can feel similar to a detox, and you may experience some symptoms before feeling lighter and clearer.Please know that I am here to help you in any way I can. In addition to our session, I have provided you with two meditations that can assist you on your new journey. These are active meditations that will give you new tools that you can use on a day-to-day basis. If you need any further explanation or support, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
