Mom was here for several years and made so many wonderful friends. We can't say enough positive things about the wonderful care she received while in assisted living and during her hospice care. Thank you all so much.

Very nice and clean there. The Residents are treat very well. Our business MAGIC MIRROR Photobooth was pleased to take pictures of the Residents and they LOVED IT.

The staff here are very good, and careing, with the exception of the General manager, Doralei. For someone who is supposed to be running this type of a facility, which should be careing, considerat, and helpful for her elderly residents, she is none of the above. She's been rude and short with people, and when people have complained to her about some of the things that need attention, she ignores it and NOTHING gets done about the residents concerns. She says no one complains, but the fact is, people are afraid of her and they given up. When you set up meetings with her and you show up she rudely blows you off and passes you to someone who can't really do anything about your concerns. She says she doesn't have the time, even though you had an appointment with her to talk about the situation. Other residents have complained of the same. They all know Doralei, the General Manager won't do or even try to do anything. For a person that is put in charge of the elderly, she is NOT doing her job. This to me, for this type of position is bordering on, if not, elderly abuse and neglect. This post will be forwarded to the people in charge of her and this facility. Doralei does not seem to have the fundamentals and skills of being a General Manager of this type of facility.
