Called for an estimate on an entire HVAc replacement. Didn't return my call for a week and when they did they asked for $100 fee just for me to have the privilege of getting them to come give me an estimate.

Replaced natural gas valves, ran pressure test on gas lines, filed for city inspection and helped get gas company to reinstall gas meter. Excellent work.

Dennis came to do maintenance on our central AC. The total time he spent was one hour. As far as we know he did a good job. The disappointing issue was that we were charged $20.00 for the truck charge and $60.00 for travel charge. We live in the same zip code, very local. That travel charge was outrageous! We would have been okay with the $20.00 truck charge, but the travel charge since we are local was a rip off. I have called 4 other local companies and they do not charge a travel charge and were very reasonable with their rates. I called Dennis on the travel charge and he just said that that is the charge. To keep us as a good customer perhaps he should have taken that travel charge, living so very close to his business. I called him prior to the app for an estimate and he did not even mention the truck charge and travel charge. He was hiding these charges conveyed to me. Not happy with what was charged and will definitely go with another company that is upfront with their fees. Dennis was dishonest with his estimate and other costs and took us for a ride with that travel cost. Bottom line...rip off! Service: HVAC system maintenance
