        Way to expensive and rude management will not be renewing my lease here. Apartment was pretty disgusting upon getting it but with hardly any availbility in Santa Fe at the time I had to live here.

        Heaven forbid you're hospitalized or something critical happens in your life that prevents you from paying your rent on time. These people only care about the bottom-line. Additionally, they don't empty the doggy poop bins often enough. They don't restock the poop bags. They don't clean the grass area of the dog poop. When you call the office they don't ever call you back. I had to contact the corporate office to get a response. Rent went up nearly 200 in less than a year. Not looking forward to the next rent hike. Not even sure it's worth resigning our lease.

        Been here total of four years now. I love the landscaping and the comfort and layout of the apartment. Office staff and maintenance are always available to take care of questions and concerns. Front office has some new faces and are professional and courteous. I would recommend Vizcaya Apartment Homes to anyone who is looking for a beautiful place to live.

        When I lived there in a 2-bedroom apartment (Corrales), the monthly rent was only $700. That was in 1992, over 30 years ago. Prices sure have changed since then.
