Leslie and Richard have to be the best property managers ever! They think of everything and go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. All requests are met with a positive response ad they do everything to ensure a wonderful vacation.

Only downside to our stay in Quintana Street, was lack of transport. Was unaware of the NO taxi situation, leaving only UBER. Impossible to open an account with them. We were lucky enough to have a very kind host Leslie, who along with Richard, did their best to help out ,which was greatly appreciated. Shame that Santa Fe is missing out, by not having some form of transportation for travellers who do not stay in the immediate vicinity of the town and not everybody hires a car. If we could give this home and Richard 10 stars we would. The home is exactly as pictured, but better in person. It was spotless and included everything we needed for our two month stay. The furnishings are very comfortable, the art and rugs really help make this feel like a home.The backyard is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed most of our meals in the backyard. The location is perfect, so close to everything. It is quiet and the neighbors are friendly but not at all intrusive.Moreover, anything we needed during our stay, or questions we had, Richard is the MOST RESPONSIVE property manager we have ever had and we have LOTS of experience with vacation rentals. We cannot recommend this place and Richard highly enough. You will not be disappointed. This place is a gem.

Our stay at Rass Mandal was the experience of a lifetime! This is an extraordinary place like no other. The house has many bedrooms all uniquely and wonderfully decorated. The home is amazing with domes, archways, beautiful artwork and statues everywhere. Its a feast for the eyes plus it has all the amenities you would want like heated pool, hot tub, sauna, large screen tvs, Alexa for music, WiFi, a full kitchen and very comfortable beds. The entire house is made of adobe which makes it extra quiet even if you are sharing the home with friends. The view from the outside is incredible and we watched the sunset each evening with wine overlooking the mountains. Rass Mandal is also very close to museums, trails and downtown Santa Fe. If you want to have an experience you will remember forever instead of staying in a hotel or modern home, this is the place! Thank you Richard for an amazing experience!
