        Great hotel right off the highway. Super dog friendly with staff providing treats if allowed. Grassy area has been redone and is enough space for dogs to relieve themselves. Dog bags on site as well. Good breakfast and spacious and comfy rooms.

        I havent had a chance to actually stay in this hotel but I am leaving a review for the kindness of the staff at the front desk and the super clean bathrooms!

        Clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and courteous. Can't comment on the breakfast as we ate elsewhere. Decent water pressure in the shower.

        Here I am in the middle of the night NOT being able to sleep because of all the noise. They built this motel right by an interstate highway. I can here EVERY car, bus, truck, motorcycle, etc driving by. It's like I have an open window. If they're not gonna build with quality sound proofing materials they could have built it further from the interstate. I'm going to grab some Kleenex for earplugs to try and get some sleep, because I have to get up in a few hours. Changing rooms in the middle of the night is not what I consider a 4 star motel. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

        Ordered with a 3rd party and then was billed for the hotel again at check in. Called explained to the front desk days later when it posted to my card. This is unique card from Apple that the cards do not have physical numbers on the card. Yet there is a virtual and physical card numbers. The lady at the front desk said thats impossible! The lady at the front desk should not be rude for something she clearly has no information on! Your titanium Apple Card has no card number or other secure information on it. Instead, all of your Apple Card information is securely stored on your device. Now Im playing the game of trying to get the hotel and 3rd party to work together. This was a mistake on holiday inn the 3rd party should have nothing to do with it. Credit my card the charge you made. Ive already paid the 3rd party.

      Hello Mr. Johnson, Yes, our location is near the interstate and I do apologize for the traffic noise. We would have gladly changed you rooms no matter the time of night. We make every effort to make guests stays as comfortable as we can and make every effort to correct the issue. In this case there is not much I can do but again say I am sorry for the traffic noise.
