        Reception desk was not friendly. Walked in and I said hello. She then totally didnt respond back. Was short and curt with me as she checked me in even though there was no one else in line. Had to go back to the desk later in the evening for change and wasnt treated much better by the relief reception clerk. Also, we were told that there would be free breakfast but were not told it ends at 9am. Ive never been in a hotel ever that ends breakfast that early. The rooms were decent though. This place is mediocre at best.

        Hotel lacks competent staff. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub broken, towels in the pool area were not restocked, breakfast (even on Saturday) was not restocked (even though it was clearly busy), the washing machine and dryer were barely working, the remote control in the room barely works.

        Nice comfy, clean hotel. Friendly staff Tamales at breakfast and fresh baked cookies served at 7 pm. The only issue is no elevator, so hauling stuff upstairs is difficult.

        Clean rooms. Toilet is too close to the sink. Made a mistake and giving us one night when we requested two had to get are keys remade. Not a big deal
