        Great trip!! We went in mid-October when the river was milder, but we had a wonderful experience. Billy was an excellent guide - both in his rafting instructions and depth of knowledge about the history and geography of the area. He was friendly and entertaining, and his love for nature & his work is evident. Thanks for a great ride!

      Big River Raft Trips offers exciting white water river raft trips or mellow float trips in the Rio Grande Gorge in Northern New Mexico. We operate 7 days a wk year round. Big River Raft Trips offer full service Private River Tours. Group rates available. We supply most everything, including top of the line helmet, PFD, splash gear wet shoes dry bags bottle water chips salsa cookies! Changing rooms available. Secure parking for cars big RV's etc. We stop half way down the Rio and go swimming, put little toes in sand, jump off rock, serve snacks/beverages and relax for only a moment? Before, hitting class three rapids Wahoo! Customer supply's hat, sunscreen, T-shirt-shorts-athletic shoes or strappy sandals. sorry no flip flops or high heals!
