Worst walmart auto center in New Mexico and probably the US. Coming here for a simple oil or tire change is always a game of 3 card monte with the employees constantly changing prices and having negative attitudes towards actually working. I've also had employees scream at me on multiple occasions because I brought my car in too close to closing time and they don't want to work anymore. About a year ago they put 10 quartz of oil in my car which only takes 5. They also once claimed to have fixed one of my tires which was flat by the time I got home. Just the worst all around.

Would not honor there own warranty on tires. Even after a manager told me they would. I drove all the way back up there to be denied and called a thief by another manager. After calling 1800walmart the manager of the store said he would meet me halfway and give me a $50 walmart gift card, but wouldn't honor the warranty because there system can't find the $800 purchase with my tires and warranty on it. I even paid with a Walmart card. Now im another $300 dollars in the hole, warranty on only two tires. So there is a fifty percent chance,especially with all the road construction, That my next flat will cost me another 150 bucks and another horrible experience. Keep in mind this is a off brand tire i have only seen at Wal-Mart. They have a record of all my other cars I have bought tires and a warranty on but would rather call me a thief and a liar than honor there 10 dollar warranty.

Awesome customer service. We had a oil change on our truck. They also checked fluids on everything for free. Highly recommend
