    My partner, and I signed up very specifically for one month of tanning sessions prior to going out of the country for a month. Zoom Tan without my permission, charged my account for the second month when I was out of the country. I called to follow up that we very specifically asked for the one month and no more and the employee was incredibly disrespectful and uncooperative about ref funding us. She said we should have received a text that we are going to be charged for the next month which we did not in order to cancel. We would have to follow up with an email. They refused to refund us and she also refused to let us speak to the manager to discuss this and ultimately hung up on us during the conversation. we are contacting the Auburn Better Business Bureau to report them for fraudulently charging our cards without our permission and refusing to refund also extremely unprofessional for the employee to hang up on us and not let us speak to the manager to the manager to resolve our disputes charge.

    We went to Zoom, Tan of Auburn to sign up specifically for one month of tanning prior to leaving the country. The individual we worked with at the front desk, took our credit cards and license information and said we were all set due to either poor training or poor customer service. She said we were all set with our one month request for service Zoom purposely did not inform us verbally in person at that time that we physically needed to go into the website to cancel, or would be charged again they should have, and could have informed us rather than not saying anything except that we were all set. When we were charged the next month Out of the country and called to request a refund the individual we spoke to was extremely rude and indifferent. She hung up on us when we requested to speak to the manager. And dealing with corporate they were sarcastic and unwilling to refund us as requested as we were led to believe we were all set with One month subscription, they told us to read the fine print, and that they gave us all the information we need to know and to have a nice day. We are disgusted and are seeking other means of receiving our refund for being misled we will never ever attend this establishment again. Their agreement is misleading and deceptive as is their sales staff. One month is one month its not two months or continuing. Their refusal to guarantee our customer satisfaction and refund us is reprehensible.

    I wanted to extend a huge thank you to the manager Desiray at the Auburn ZT location. I just recently started tanning at Zoom Tan and Desiray has been a highlight of each visit. Her customer service and professionalism was immediately recognized and greatly appreciated. I explained how I havent tanned in years and had several questions. She went above and beyond to thoroughly explain all the products and services, and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I returned a few days later and she not only remembered my name, but followed up with me on how my first session went and if I was enjoying the products. That is the type of customer service that makes me happy to not only spend my money at a business but also share with everyone how great the service is at that establishment. Additionally, I have other family members that tan at Auburn ZT and Desiray has been so patient and helpful with all their questions and needs as well. The location is always spotless and all the other staff are so friendly. I rarely write reviews, but this is an occasion I wanted to share what a great experience Desiray and the Auburn team has made it for my family and I. A display of exceptional management and great teamwork. Thank you!!
