        !!! UNFORTUNATE UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW!!! I had such a great experience with them so I recommended my cousin to go after she got into an accident and after he fixed her car it stopped working a few days later and they cant even open the hood. So when they confronted frog hollow he said well you only paid $1,500 what do you expect. He chose that price not them if that wasnt enough to fix the job then explain that and charge more youre the one who makes the price! Very disappointing, wont be going back there again. Excellent service from the second I walked in! So happy with the work they did on my car it looks brand new again! Couldnt recommend this place enough

        Not happy with this auto shop at all. They told me I can pick up a car on a certain day but they played hide and seek and never update or call me on when I can pick up my car seems like they are trying to holding it up as longer as possible to get more from the insurance company which doesnt do any good to the customer. I would highly suggest to go to the dealership or the auto shop you are familiar with to fix the mild or mid-level damage if your insurance covers it.

        Frog Hollow Auto Body is located next to Plainedge auto on Hicksville rd. I have recently gone to plainedge Auto for auto repairs. I needed some body work done for my Chevy Traverse and was directed to Frog Hollow. This owner is a stand-up guy. He doesn't overcharge. He plays it straight with you and tries to give you the best possible outcome that he can provide. I will be going to Frog Hollow for any body work I have in the future. Highly recommended.

        Frog HC was fantastic with handling my collision repair. They were honest with what they would be repairing and approx. how long it would be to repair. They kept me informed along the repair process about what was going on and how much longer. They took pride in making my vehicle look like showroom quality again. Best auto collision to bring your vehicle to!!! Thanks for everything again Frog HC
