We were planning on renting an apt for my daughter but we trusted his confidence and expertise and ended up buying one for her @ an unbelievable price . My daughter is so happy and safe . This review is about one of their realtors that we worked with - Marie Anisse. Marie to us was a rare realtor - straight shooter, honest, diligent, responsive, patient, and looking only to our interests and preferences instead of the size of her commission or getting us to decide quickly so she could move on to another client. She helped us with her advice and experience when we were buying our home in a tight market, and showed us homes in a wide variety of places in NY City (Bronx mainly) and Westchester and Rockland counties as our preferences evolved. She pointed out pitfalls of some homes honestly that we hadn't thought of (e.g., flood risks, maintenance issues). We came across some tricky and unpleasant sellers agents and she alerted us to their antics while maintaining tactful relations with them. And one of the home sellers we (and she) talked with remarked that he wished she was his sellers agent! She was very responsive, easy to reach, and negotiated well on our behalf. We've just closed on our new home and have been very pleased with her throughout our whole buying experience.

I want to recognize Daniel Joyce who has proven to be a star real estate specialist. I was referred to Dan in Nov 2019 and since our first call he has remained consistent demonstrating a high level of professionalism and great knowledge of the housing market. As a first-time homebuyer I required more guidance than the average buyer. Daniel proved to be a natural teacher, committed at every stage of the process. He went above and beyond time and time again to ensure all parties delivered their best and never dropped the ball. He has great connections that gave clients like me an advantage, many times allowing me to see a property before others had. Everything that could have gone awry during the process did (including pandemic) but Daniel always took the lead and provided quick solutions. He was the only party I never had to follow-up with! This past Wednesday I closed on my first property. He reminded me to enjoy the experience and celebrated me when it came time to close. He has quickly become a friend.
