        The Greenpath staff knows e-bikes, but theyre difficult to deal with. Ive had to find another shop to service the bike I bought from them, and for my second e-bike purchase, I went elsewhere.

        Definitely one of the best buying experiences I've had! Damon was so patient with not just answering my questions over the phone but in handling requests that I had (because every bicyclist eventually has a million add-ons they need lol). I had wanted a Gocycle for a long time now and they not only helped me in finding one, gave a pretty realistic timeline on when to expect it, accepted my mish mash of payment types and had everything in working order once I came in. They also gave me a LOT of info about the product itself including safety tips and other tips most people might overlook about the Gocycle, so they definitely know their stuff and all the mechanics were very helpful and friendly! Top notch, thanks a bunch!
