        Nearly $200 spent fixing my computer but it's still broken

        I was having issues with my Dell desktops hard drive disk. It was running extremely slow and i wanted to upgrade to a solid state drive. I called the store and spoke with the tech Mike and he knew exactly what I was talking about. I brought in my desktop and Mike was able to install new SSD and had to reinstall Windows on my machine. Mike kept me up to date and explained each task he performed. Mike is an outstanding tech support and person and I would definitely go back to this shop for my computer issues. Highly recommend.
