We just replaced our sidewalk by them, old sidewalks concrete was cracking and lifting, they did a one day job, all permit was obtained for this scope of work. Our sidewalk is new and we are very happy with the finish work.

I've been meaning to do this review for quite a while, it's been over nine weeks since Innovation Construction completed our home project. We purchased a home last year that was a roughly 4200 ft and required a lot of stucco work on both the outside and inside. Ekram was so honest and trustworthy. Ekram’s guidance really steered everything in a better direction, especially since I have never remodeled before. I'm very grateful that I went with my gut feeling in hiring him. We had a city violation from the DOT. Innovation team obtained the permit, demolished the concrete , and refinished with new concrete . The job took a day to complete , and then they had to return another to remove their precautionary equipment and seal the joints. Overall job was quality and quantity was fair. It looks great!

Our condo building needed some extensive repairs. Such as brick front facade repointing, cornice scrapes and painting . Ekram is a historic restoration contractor as per my known, he is a professional contractor , we had seen many of his work. And we had met so many times where Ekram came back and forth , answered our questions and concerns . We have made lot of thoughts and research before hiring this company . They’ve not only satisfied us but majority of other building on our block. living in a historic district is a challenging, which is to keep preserving its integrity of each buildings given responsibility to the right person . We recommend this company to everyone.
