I recently visited the K-Pot restaurant for the first time with my family, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we received no assistance in understanding the concept of the restaurant, which made navigating the menu and ordering a challenge. My sister and I ended up ordering noodles, unaware that they only came with soups. Despite our confusion, our server Justin did not inquire about our experience or offer any assistance. It was only when a worker wearing a red shirt approached us and asked how we were doing that we were able to address our concerns. While the food quality was satisfactory, the lack of communication and assistance from the staff was disappointing. It's important for restaurants to ensure that patrons feel welcomed and informed, especially when experiencing a new dining concept. I hope that K-Pot will take steps to improve their customer service and communication in the future. Overall, my first experience at K-Pot was underwhelming due to the lack of assistance and communication from the staff.
