        The noodles have a very bizarre, plasticky and crunchy texture. The non-noodle dishes are good.

        I was excited when Silky Kitchen opened a location in the area. Ive pretty much had everything on the menu with the exception of the cold dishes(not a huge fan of cold dishes) and everything is amazing . Some of my favorites are the stewed beef, spicy squid, hunan style beef and the cuttlefish. My favorite is the pork ribs over rice!!

        That medium level spice blew my taste buds out. You literally cant taste a damn thing after it's so spicy. The food is nothing special. $20 for a bowl of hot peppers.
