We went into contract to purchase our new home this past September 2022. As first time homeowners, there was a lot to learn and many deadlines to meet. we were referred to Landmark funding to obtain our mortgage from a friend. Landmark and their staff did an outstanding job of fixing our credit scores and getting us approved within 20 days time and on time for closing. Their staff, whom i got to know on a first name basis were always available on a daily basis to answer our questions. we honestly felt that getting our mortgage was as important to them as is was to us. we are grateful for their stellar service and would recommend their services to anyone.
