Bought a UV 55W 12 GPM light system. Came with 3 bulbs, 2 of them were broken in shipping. First it came with no instructions and not even a QR code. The o-Ring design is not engineered well. They do not seat in the housing where they are supposed to. So water just started pouring out after we turned on water. Then we attempted to reseat the prongs 3 times to no success. Now here is the crazy part, we are a plumbing company and usually use another brand but thought wed try this one. Now we are stuck having to wait on different ones, so this homeowner has to wait until we can make that happen. Oh yeah one last thing. There is no support line to call.

I was disturbed by some reviews that said the filter leaked. After getting it and seeing that these reviewers didn't understand that a small steady stream of water from the upper ceramic filter doesn't require a gasket on the Ronaqua 5 Stage filter. Soak the filter, run a little tap water to rinse away any dust, install it, run about a gallon of water through the filter and discard that cleaning water. I scrubbed my ceramic filter with a scotchbrite pad as well. Now the water from my Zen system tastes like its from a mountain stream.
