Frank Gallo & Son Florist

I've twice ordered flowers this year through FTD.com that have been processed by Gallo.  Both times, the arrangements delivered were far smaller than what I ordered.  I didn't complain the first time.  I ordered flowers for my wife and purchased the highest level for the arrangement; what was delivered looks like the smallest option.  I called FTD and asked them what was supposed to be included in what I ordered; what was delivered wasn't close to that.  FTD took 20% off, but that's not the point(and even with that, that's more expensive than the lowest-level arrangement we got, so that they still made out okay).  I won't order from FTD again if Gallo is handling.  Save your money.

My husband stopped to buy me flowers for my birthday...he surprised me with a dozen of beautiful red rosesand a box of Uncle Sam's chocolates. The roses are gorgeous  and when I opened the candy, there were 4 pcs of bark chocolate w/nuts, 2 dark & 2 milk, which were absolutely delicious!! I raved about the flowers and chocolate and my husband said "they were ONLY $19.99"...what a deal!!! If you want to make someone's day, stop by Frank Gallo's florist .

I LOVE this store! The young lady that works there is extremely helpful. I go in every other week for a small amount of gerber Daisys and she always greets like she knows me! On a side note I went in on Valentine's Day just to drop off some vases (which came with various bouquets) and Mr Gallo was there...he wouldn't let me leave without taking two gorgeous long stem red roses!

My husband ordered an arrangement for me, for my birthday, but because of his work schedule didn't see it until 2 days later. By then, the lilies, which were not properly cared for, prior to arranging (the Anthers were not removed so they were dropping pollen), were already wilting and looked pitiful. My husband mentioned purple Alstroemeria, as the arrangement he'd ordered showed purple Alstromeria (my favorite) but I had to inform him that there wasn't a single purple Alstroemeria present and hardly any Alstroemeria to speak of at all.The delivery driver was also anything but, friendly. I definitely would not order from this place again.Update: By 3.5 days, all Lilies have completely lost their petals. : (
