Good Hotel, Location is Good and you can find several restaurants/pub 2 minutes away by car. Hot breakfast was poor, while there were good pastries. Also juices were not good. Coffee Ok. Bottom line: a good one, better if breakfast will be improved.

I have never had more incompetent hotel staff and managers. They knocked on our door at 1:15am because they said they could not tell from their system which rooms were vacant or not. They claimed to be knocking on everyone's doors, yet they only knocked and woke up my family. The front desk teenager is completely incompetent. I spoke to the manager, Jessie who was on this kid's cell phone trying to dictate directions. As a manager, if your staff is incompetent and can't handle a situation then maybe you should be at the location handling it. Jessie proceeded to try to tell me that they will not issue a refund for a situation they created because of their own stupidity and incompetence. If you want to be able to sleep and just have a normal stay, don't stay at this hotel.

Specifically called and asked if the hot tub was in working condition before I booked my stay. Checked in to find out the hot tub is a whirlpool that does not even bubble up, It has very weak jets that barely circulates the water to filter. I felt like I was sharing a luke warm bath with strangers, so gross. The hotel maintenance man had left for the day (even tho check in is at 3, he was already gone) and they claim it was luke warm because they did a water change and the water was not warmed up yet. Just my luck..

I rated the service a 1 star because I left my clothes on the back door of the room I stayed in. We were in a hurry and forgot them. I called them the following day and the cleaning staff either kept them or threw them out. I will never stay at this hotel. Very dishonest and disappointing. Safety: It seemed like a safe area
