Our salesperson Kimm was so pleasant and easy to work with. She made understanding the process easy which is not always the case for us! Joe and Dylan installed two used (they look new) chair lifts in half a day and showed us how to run and charge them and answered all of our questions. Really couldn't ask for more. It's been several weeks and my 94 yr old pop stayed at the house for the first time upstairs and mom uses as well! Awesome! Thank you so much.

Had an emergency with our stairlift and their on call technician was a phone number no longer in service! Handicapped parents trapped in their home with no heat all weekend. Completely unacceptable.

Young man who came to install was very polite and efficient .installed and cleaned up .have only had stair glider short time but works well and helped my husband to be able to sleep in his own bed after two months in hospital.whole process was extremely easy and Victoria who came to measure and give me all details was knowledgeable about product.

The NSM Team and in particular Victoria Van Valkenburgh, Terry Farrigan and Joe Sinicropi were exceptionally attentive and willing to guide me through the process of relocating/repurposing a Brooks Acorn 120 Stairlift. The entire process went smoothly and the team at NSM was amazing and made the gift of mobility a reality for my parents. Victoria gave personal attention to my project from the very beginning. Over the course of several weeks, she took several phone calls, some on her personal time, and led me through the planning process and throughly presented my options. Her attention to details and follow through was comforting and made me confident that such a repurposing was feasible. The team approach at NSM was apparent throughout the project as evidenced by Terry Farrigan when she connected with me the day before the installation, a Sunday. To assure a trouble free installation, she went over the plan and discussed some handling damage that occurred when I transported the unit to its new location. She took the time to identify the repair parts that might have been needed after listening to my story and reassured me that the unit could be safely installed. Finally, Joe Sinicropi, the technician who travelled over 3 hours one way for the reinstall. Joe was punctual, professional, efficient, friendly and fully capable over the course of the setup. He listened to me the customer. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to oversee the work. He thoroughly tested the system and demonstrated its safe use. I could not have asked anything more from an installer. Joe was top notch! I highly recommend the NSM team and my parents have regained their freedom from their incredible work in mobility solutions.
