Grinder Pump Experts

My grinder was exploding water everywhere, and I called Colin on 4th of July to help. Despite me not being a customer earlier, he came right away and fixed the problem (while saving my basement). And he couldnt be a nicer guy. Colin and the Grinder Pump Experts have my highest recommendation.

Colin Smith from Grinder Pump Experts in awesome! Not only did he come out the same day, he replumbed the problem pipes, put new o-rings and grease on everything and made sure my pool pump was up and running before leaving. He's fantastic, an expert at all things pools and pumps, and very reasonably priced, especially during the season. So grateful to Colin because my pool is now ready to go! What a relief. Now, all I need is the weather to cooperate and my family will be swimming!

So glad I called Grinder Pump Experts. Colin was easy to talk to on the phone and was able to get someone out to our house within two hours. The technician, Greg, was prompt and even had a replacement pump in the van. Total fee was very reasonable. Great communication from the team - highly recommend.

Reliable, fast, professional. 3 words I would use to best describe this company. Colin is an expert in his field with a degree in biology. He knows how specific things in your pipes will react with all different types of cleaning aids and is quick in determining the problem and finding a resolution. He had no problem with me looking over his shoulder while he was fixing our problem and educated me on it all. Although he told me upon arrival that I could carry on with whatever I was doing and he would take care of the maintenance but I was intrigued by his knowledge. Forgot to mention this was on a Saturday and he didnt hesitate to jump on the job! Great experience. Thank you Colin.

Do not hesitate to call this company. I had a nasty pump problem in my bathroom and was having a difficult time finding someone to fix the problem. I was at my wits end. I gave it one more try and called Grinder Pump Experts. I am so glad that I did! I spoke with Colin on the phone and he immediately put me at ease, assuring me that the problem could be fixed. He scheduled an appointment within a couple of days, arrived on time as scheduled and fixed the problem in the same day. He was knowledgable, professional, and personable. He listened to my concerns and offered solutions so that I could make informed decisions. When a needed part was not available locally, no problem, Colin called in Greg and he fabricated the part. They did an awesome job, left my bathroom clean and functional. I am so grateful.
