Herc Rentals

Bad business and bad service. First was not allowed to put in business name after it was given and it was put in personal. and would have covered with my own insurance. So was charged for that. Picked up unit at 98% fuel. Returned to 98-99% and Def filled. took 5 days and 3-4 phone calls to get final bill. Was charged for fuel that was supposedly put in after was filled at before being returned. Not my first time at fuel pump. Put more in after foam went away. Front desk clames to be best in the business and they are just just out to surcharge anywhere they can. Don't do business with herc rental.

Very disappointed in the customer service Tried to rent a lift for a weekend. Patty was very unknowledgable and unprofessional. She made me fill out paperwork, ran my credit report and then said oh your not a business we cant rent to you. When I told her this from the beginning. She continually gave me the runaround for several weeks. Never returned my calls or said she would call back and never did. I could have went elsewhere for a rental and now it is to late. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and Patty! Shd needs some training.
