She helps our family out with all our banking transactions - both simple and complicated - in a professional, kind, gracious, patient way. She is always willing to help and lend her expertise. She is DEEPLY and GENUINELY concerned about doing the right thing for my parents who are life-long BFCU members. We are so incredibly grateful to have her as our banker and friend.

        I have been a BFCU member for over 30 years. My family and I are very happy with the many BFCU services and offerings. I can count on one hand the number of times Ive taken the time to write a review of a business but I absolutely felt the need to do so this time around. I wanted to highlight BFCU employee, Amy Blaser and the incredible professional she is. Amy was there (and continues to be!) to help my family navigate the many questions we had during a major life event that we were going through. She made herself available at all hours of the day to help our family. To say Amy is a consummate professional would be an understatement! Her knowledge, experience and customer service skills are the best! My family and I are so very thankful the BFCU has such talented and kind and caring professionals like Amy representing them!
