        Just had the most delightful time with Ilya at Diptyque! Their rose fragrance is absolutely divine. I had no idea there were two versions, but Ilya was so helpful in explaining everything. Can't wait to grab a full bottle next time I'm in the city!

        The service here is very poor and Im confused by the rave reviews. There were two idle employees just standing there doing nothing to help while my partner and I smelt the different fragrances. Even after purchasing a bottle the passiveness was still there. Is this the service diptyque strives for?

        Once you walk in youre welcomed by olfactory bliss. The staff has always made me feel welcome even if I only purchase one candle. If you usually visit this location it pays to join their birthday program, thank me later. Ill return in time for the City candle release.
