        Wow! I just walked out of MCU after an amazing encounter with a bank teller named Cullen! I came in to withdraw money for my trip to Costa Rica. This isnt my main bank account but I typically transfer money to this account for travel purposes. Cullen was very professional and he even helped me sign up for the app in order to receive notifications while traveling. I was able to notify the bank that I was traveling with his help. I feel reassured now that I will have no issues with my bank account during my travels. Thank you Cullen!

        This bank has the worst customer service you can imagine. Ive been trying to contact a mortgage loan officer regarding an application I submitted two weeks ago and cant find anyone to help me. Every time I all Ive been hung up on like today. This bank clearly doesnt care about their customers. Theyre rude, arrogant and not patient. I will use another bank for my mortgage needs. Ive contacted Carl, Walter and Emilio and you just get there voicemail. SMH just ridiculous
