        After writing my initial negative review and emailing Medical Offices of Manhattan about their billing practices, I was contacted by their Billing Support lead, Mary, who was extremely helpful in issuing me a refund. I appreciate the quickness of Marys response after my complaint. Again, the doctors @ MOM are pleasant and knowledgeable & I always appreciate a quick response to an issue on the customer service front.
