During the whole home purchasing process Balram has been the calming force behind the stressful experience of buying a home. Purchasing a home for the first time can be stressful due to inexperience on the buyers part, Balram and his team were extremely helpful (Tom Daugherty loan officer)with any questions we may have had and provided us with detailed explanation of the whole process. Balram has an extensive home buying network, so if you find yourself lost at any point (ie. Home contractors) he's there to assist and point you in the right direction. I'm a veteran, I served in the U.S.M.C. so I prefer dealing with individuals who are honest and to the point. I strongly recommend anyone reading this review to look at my reviews and know.that I only write reviews for people and places that I believe deserve a strong co-sign.
